Politeness and Impoliteness Strategies in Lecturer-Student Communication Within Cyberpragmatic Chats

This qualitative research on Cyberpragmatic attempts to explore the application of politeness and impoliteness principles in student-lecturer internet-mediated communication English Indonesian languages at two faculties Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Salatiga.
